These terms govern your use of Bantico. We have tried to keep them clear and practical while covering the legal basics needed to protect both you and us.
These Terms are a contract between you and Bantico.
By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time and will notify you about significant changes through email or inside the product.
Our DPA and privacy policy form part of these terms and explain how we handle data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for activity that happens under your account, including activity by teammates you invite.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate account details when creating your account.
You agree to use Bantico only in a lawful and responsible way and not to violate the rights of others while using the service.
Replace this section with your actual legal entity name, company address, and support email before publishing.
Example: Bantico can be contacted by email at support@bantico.com.
Bantico may offer free access, free trials, or paid subscription plans. Plan details, limits, and pricing will be shown in the product or on the pricing page.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, provide a grace period, limit certain features, or suspend access until payment is resolved.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings. Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once charged.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the product settings or other supported billing workflow.
If you cancel, your subscription will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
After cancellation or termination, your data may become inaccessible through the service and may later be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
You may also choose to delete your account and associated data, subject to any limited retention required by law or backup cycles.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create security, legal, or operational risk.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time.
We may also update pricing. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before pricing changes affect existing customers.
Bantico is not liable to you or any third party for modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the service, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for the content, event data, identifiers, prompts, posts, or other material you submit or transmit through Bantico.
You retain ownership of your business data and content. We do not claim ownership over the data you provide to the service.
If you choose to send personal data through custom events, identify flows, integrations, or similar features, we process that data based on your instructions as described in our DPA and privacy policy.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, you agree we may use them to improve Bantico without compensation or attribution.
The Bantico product, interface, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied, imitated, or reused without permission.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, including measures related to security, backups, access controls, and service integrity.
You agree that Bantico may process your data as described in our data policy and related privacy documentation.
Each party agrees to handle the other party’s data in accordance with applicable law and reasonable confidentiality and security standards.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws in connection with your use of the service.
You must not use the service to send highly sensitive information unless Bantico explicitly supports that use and you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards in place.
Your use of Bantico is at your own risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We work carefully on reliability, performance, and product quality, but we do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis unless a separate service agreement says otherwise.
We may access account data when necessary to provide support, investigate issues, maintain the service, or protect security.
We use third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, billing, and other technical needs required to operate Bantico.
We work hard to provide a useful and reliable product, but like any software service, things can go wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bantico is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Bantico in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Replace this section with your actual governing law and dispute resolution language before publishing.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, business, or law. When changes are significant, we will provide reasonable notice.
